Perry Schaffer was – despite rumors to the contrary – never a member of The Traveling Wilburys.  He is The Field(social)’s Director of Social Media, and knows more than anyone about Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, SEM, and The Next New Thing.  Long before the term “social media” was coined, in fact, Perry co-founded (with Michael Porte) WheresSpot, a robust social media property that has been providing value to the advertising business community for over ten years.   He also is in the business of new business, matching great production companies with smart clients (ATT, Nike, Chase, and many others), resulting in cool digital content.  Trained as a lawyer, Perry is also the father of  twin humans,  a certified therapy dog, Sally, and loves his wife Lisa even more than he loves the Yankees.
