Every company needs a bilingual content producer. In addition to being a talented producer making sure projects come together in time and on budget, Joel makes sure our Hispanic advertising is produced with the correct spelling and pronunciation. Before joining The Field, Joel ventured to Brooklyn, NY where he delved into cross-platform commercial work with the production company 1stAveMachine where he worked on successful campaigns for Microsoft, Panera, American Express, Nintendo and Bank of New York. One of his proudest accomplishments is the development of IBM's "A Boy and His Atom", which was a Cannes Gold Lion winner in 2013 and the World Record holder for smallest stop motion film.
